This is an image of a girl. I think this is a documentary and an artistic image I think the artistic half of it comes from the way the photos are shot, and I think the documentary half of it comes from the story it tells. At first when looking at this image I thought it was photoshop but now I realize that this image is not photoshopped. When i did some research on Helnwein I found that this image was on a billboard with no man, then i saw that it was just a man working. This is not photoshopped its just the way the image is cropped. While doing research i saw that this image is apart of a composition and the composition is called "The Last Child" all of Helnweins work is very disturbing and dark. I think the meaning behind all of these images is that there is not a lot of purity left in this world. I think this because children are very pure and the title "The Last Child" just makes me think that there is nothing pure left.
