I tried to convey the meaning of "true love". I used two puzzle pieces because they are meant to go together, and the flowers because i feel like symbolize love in some way. I also really liked the color that the flowers added to the plain white puzzle pieces, I feel like it makes the photograph pop and stand out more.

minimalism phase 1

I think that minimalism in photography is when there isn't a lot going on in the picture, whether its color or objects in the photograph.  This first image i like because it is very calming, it is an image of a dock with a lighthouse at the end of it, I like how the image does not have a lot going on and it is very minimalistic with the color.  This second image looks like it was taken in a desert, the only things you can see in this image is the sand and the dead bush. I really like this image because of the lack of color and surroundings. The third image that i chose looks like it was taken during winter, I really like all of the white that was used in this photo because to me, white means purity.
